As co-founder and vice president of engineering and technical operations, Raymond Pineau has more than 20 years of management, engineering, manufacturing and start-up experience.

Ray uses his extensive engineering experience to design, develop and implement technical upgrades to the network operations making us an award-winning company. In addition, Ray provides customer support to the entire portfolio of Captivate buildings and helps create new generations of products and architecture to enhance our product offerings.

Prior to joining Captivate, Ray held various engineering and management positions, including the director of advanced product development at Cabletron Systems, Inc.; and general manager of the company's Merrimack, NH, R&D center. Ray also served as director of engineering at Datamedia Corp., was a founder of Magna Computer Corp. (later acquired by EMC Corp.), and various engineering management positions at Wang and Compugraphic.

Ray holds a BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
